風力發電場系統研發生產介紹
概述
以前用于風電場的風力發電機都是1MW以上的特大型風力發電機,這種風力發電機的地面高度一百多米,風葉長度九十多米,要使這個大風葉轉動起來,需要強大的風力才可以。一般需要風速4米/M以上才能夠使風葉轉動,風速5M/S以上才能并網發電,且并網發電只有10%的設計功率。要想得到發電量達80%的設計功率,風速最少在10M/S。
由于世界多年來的風沙治理,大面積的植樹造林,地球環境日益改善,使得風速越來越小。即使在著名的世界級“風庫”, 全年風速5M/S以上也不足1000小時。內地就更無從談起大型風力發電了。
我們單位研究開發了一款用“多臺小型微風風力發電機并機組成大功率發電系統”方案,克服了以上的缺點。研究成果表明:3M/S完全可以發電并網,4M/S風速并網功率在設計功率的32%。7M/S風速能夠足功率發電。3M/S以上的風速普遍存在于世界各個角落。如中國1/8部分地區3.5M/S以上風速的年平均3800小時。
性價比的對比
1MW大型風力發電機現場安裝十分困難,因為風力發電場都是在廢棄的荒蕪地帶,大型安裝設備進入困難,安全風險很大,耗資特大。1MW風力發電機正常運轉后,最終耗資1452萬元。
我們單位的方案,是選取“無磁阻微風風力發電機”,額定功率1000W,1000只這種無磁阻微風風力發電機組合就是1MW。
無磁阻微風風力發電機安裝容易,風險性很小,安全可靠。維護簡單容易,維護中不影響正常發電。投資費用很低,它高度不超過15米,為減少占地面積,可以高低錯層安裝,面積功率比是大型風力發電場的一倍。
如果是定風場,如我們在欽洲市海邊,因風葉不需要擺動,風力發電機密度很大,單位面積
比陸地不定風向高達6倍。再配上我們專利的高效率達45%的轉輪風葉(普通風葉是32%),單位面積發電量更大。
1MW最終耗資650萬元。
